Howdy all, welcome to the new Garage Blog!

Well it’s all change for the Garage website at the moment! Soon we’ll be selling tickets online, which should make things much easier for everybody. We apologise for the delay, hopefully we’ll be up to scratch by mid-june.

Swiss FX are playing on the 30th as well as  Late Night Venture – of Copenhagen, Denmark. Also local favourites Sera and The Elements are launching their new album and we wish them the best of luck.

Wanted Wednesdays are going well, and the line-ups are superb. We really appreciate the bands coming down to play and the audience support they’ve had. As everybody may well know, Wanted is supported by Afan FM, who are always interested in supporting new bands from the South Wales area. Why not send them a demo if you’re scheduled in to play?

A lot of the rock crowd in Swansea will know Scottish Andy – who has been laying out brilliant nights in Swansea for years. He’s recently started playing The Garage and we can tell you this much, his selection of rock and metal is sounding damn good on our system. If you like your music heavy and loud – watch out for his gig postings on our Facebook, Myspace or right here from now on.

We established ourselves almost a year and half ago, and it’s you guys who help the most in shaping the venue. We thank you for all the support we have received so far.
